CCB Credit Services, Inc. has taken internal steps to safeguard customer information in concert with the obligations under the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLB), Regulation P, and other State and Federal security and privacy legislation to:

1. ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information;
2. protect against any anticipated threats to the security and integrity of such information; and
3. guard against the unauthorized access to or use of such information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience of any customer.

In order to safeguard customer information under the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, CCB Credit Services, Inc. has enacted strict security measures to maintain data integrity, confidentiality and insure compliance throughout our business operations.  Such security measures are detailed in the following CCB Credit Services, Inc. corporate documents:

To insure ongoing compliance by employees working with customer information, CCB Credit Services, Inc. trains all associates in the proper handling, use and dissemination in accordance with the above described corporate documents.  Each associate must also sign a Statement of Compliance signifying understanding and adherence to corporate policy.
